Location: Anchorvale Isles BTO
The clients, a newly wed couple wanted a bright and cosy home, whilst having opportunities for the flexible use of space. The existing layout of the typical 4-room flat had to be re-configured to fulfill the client's needs.
These conditions engendered a plan where the corner wall between the living room and the study was removed, making the boundaries between the spaces seemingly transparent. The living space opens into the study and vice versa, contributing the the spacious quality. The material palette is light and cosy, accentuating the bright and spacious quality of the house.
